Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following conditions:

  • Product is defective or damaged upon delivery
  • Product does not match the description
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product is in original, unopened condition with all packaging intact

Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

  4. Approval: Once approved, we will arrange pickup or provide return instructions
  5. Refund: Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after product verification

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. If payment was made via cash on delivery, we will arrange for cash refund or bank transfer.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for defective or wrong products. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement product is of different value, the difference will be adjusted accordingly.

Warranty Claims

Products covered under manufacturer warranty should be claimed directly with the manufacturer or authorized service center. We can assist you in locating the nearest service center.
